You can upload, download, and delete files, all in an intuitive, bare-bones interface. This is an alpha version, so utilize Vanilla FTP at your own hazard. It is also completely gaping, enabling developers to adapt it regardless they note fit, but I seize no responsibility for any damage, whether intentional or accidental, that anyone does with this application.
