The Scroll Bar can be configured to effort in either free or snapped to content modes. You can utilize it in either vertical or flat modes and you can configure two component instances to form a Scroll Pane.

The Classic Scroll Bar component has all the Advanced Scroll Bar properties excluding the following features that are not included in this product type:

* Color overlay customization support
* Per instance skinning. Only global skinning is allowed.
* Custom scroll easing support (essential, bounce, elastic and inertia). Only essential scroll speed is included.
* Fixed slider / railway body options
