File Display Utility Description:

File Display Utility is Shareware program for Windows developed by retiSoft, inc.

Displays and prints disk file dumps in both ASCII words and binary (hexadecimal) formats. Files can be treated as either words files terminated by CR or LF, or as binary files handled as 16-byte roomy blocks. Especially useful in analyzing non-printing characters in developer capture files or confirming files generated by developer programs take no extraneous non-printing characters.
