Work Log & Activity Timer is Shareware program for Windows developed by Robert Inventor

Activity Timer keeps track of the time you spend at the computer on projects or activities. It keeps track of all the times when you exercise the mouse or keyboard. You can also locate it to automatically change project when you exercise particular windows.

You can also play or shows screen alarms as a reminder to stop work after a preset period of time.

You can also locate it to play or show reminders to look away from the screen after a some seconds from time to time as advised by perception doctors - this can mitigate that tiredness of the eyes that can consequence from long periods of staring at a computer monitor.

When minimized you can note the time so decidedly by hovering the mouse during its icon. You can also change the project or locate it to working or not working with a fast right click on the icon.
